Return & Refund Policy

At Lídia Vives, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for our collectors and customers. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through www.lidiavives.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-customized items within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@lidiavives.com within the 14-day period.
Please note: this right does not apply to personalized or commissioned artworks.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
We do not offer refunds for shipping fees.
Please note: due to the nature of our business, we do not have warehousing facilities, so return logistics must be coordinated directly via email.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@lidiavives.com.
For limited edition signed prints, we may request an additional image showing that the artwork has been rendered unusable (e.g., visibly torn or destroyed). This is a fraud-prevention measure due to the unique nature of each piece.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement with the same edition number, free of charge.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Commissioned or personalized artworks, created according to your specifications
Items returned after the 14-day return window
Items not returned in their original condition
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Please review your order details (including shipping address) carefully before checkout. We cannot issue refunds or replacements due to errors in the submitted information.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us first.
If your request is approved, we recommend placing a new order separately. Return shipping costs for the original item are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your return or withdrawal request:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction
