Purchasing Photographs

Our fine art photographs are printed on high-quality archival paper to ensure long-lasting color and detail.
Each piece is part of a limited edition, hand-signed and numbered by Lídia Vives, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Our photographs are sold unframed, giving you the freedom to choose a frame that best complements your space and personal taste.
Framing services are available upon request for an additional cost. If you're interested, feel free to contact us at info@lidiavives.com, and we'll be happy to discuss available options.

Each photograph is part of a limited edition series, hand-signed and hand-numbered by Lídia Vives.
The edition number is clearly stated in the product description and marked directly on the print itself.
Every limited edition also includes a certificate of authenticity.

We understand that some collectors may have preferences, but edition numbers are assigned sequentially and cannot be requested.
This ensures fairness and consistency across the entire edition.
Each piece is equally valuable and unique within its series, and all are hand-signed and numbered by Lídia Vives.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep your purchase, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Please note that commissioned artworks cannot be returned, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery and Shipping

All our products are made to order, in collaboration with professional printing and shipping partners.
While we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks under normal conditions.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances — such as weather disruptions or global logistics delays — may occasionally extend this timeframe.
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@lidiavives.com, and we’ll investigate the issue immediately.
If the shipment remains unresolved after 30 days, we will issue a full refund as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries around the world.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
In the rare event that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

No, you won’t incur customs charges.
All international orders outside of Europe are shipped via DHL Express with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and import taxes are covered before delivery.
This ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience with no additional costs upon arrival.
Please note: In very rare cases, customs delays or additional documentation may be required depending on your country’s import regulations.

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Packaging methods vary depending on the size and type of print:
Small prints are shipped flat in a rigid envelope to protect them during transit.
Medium and large prints are carefully rolled in onion paper and shipped in reinforced tubes.
Larger or mixed media works are shipped flat, protected inside sturdy cardboard or folders.
All prints include a pair of gloves to encourage careful handling.
Our goal is to deliver your artwork safely, securely, and ready to be enjoyed or framed.

Yes, we offer framing services upon request, available for an additional cost. Payment for framing can be processed separately via PayPal.
To request a framed print, please email us at info@lidiavives.com. You’re welcome to specify your framing preferences, or we can recommend options that suit the selected artwork.
Framed prints are shipped flat, mounted on a wooden backing to protect the glass, and carefully wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap for maximum safety.
We’re committed to providing a secure, customized, and seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, we’re truly sorry — your satisfaction is our top priority.
Please contact us at info@lidiavives.com and include a photo of the damage along with the original packaging.
For limited edition prints, we may also request an additional photo showing that the damaged piece has been rendered unusable (e.g., visibly torn). This step is necessary to maintain the integrity of our signed and numbered editions and to prevent unauthorized duplicates.
Once we receive the required documentation, we will send a replacement with the same edition number as quickly as possible — at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Exchanges

Standard Artwork:
Yes, you may return a standard artwork within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in perfect condition, with all original packaging intact. No explanation is required.Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.If you need a receipt from the courier for your return, feel free to email us at info@lidiavives.com.
Commissioned Artwork:
Custom or commissioned artworks — made specifically to your instructions — are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your request is approved, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item, while returning the original item at your expense.
