Small art prints, being printed on thick paper, are shipped in a rigid envelope to ensure they remain flat and in optimal condition during transit. For medium and large art prints, they are carefully rolled and placed in a protective tube. In either case, prints are shielded with onion paper, and gloves are included to encourage cautious handling of the paper.

    Additionally, larger art prints and mixed media art prints are dispatched flat within a sturdy cardboard or folder to guarantee their safe arrival. Our priority is to deliver the product in excellent condition, and these packaging methods are chosen to achieve that goal.

    When you opt for a framed art print, it will be shipped securely in a flat position, supported by a wooden backing to safeguard the glass. The package will be meticulously wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure the safe delivery of your framed artwork. We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and protected experience from purchase to delivery.

  • In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, your satisfaction remains our top priority. Following this initial communication, we will request an additional photograph depicting the art print broken in half. This step is necessary to ensure the security of our limited edition, signed, and numbered prints by confirming the absence of duplicate copies.

    Upon receipt of the required photographs, we will expedite the dispatch of a new copy with identical numbering and the utmost urgency, all at no additional cost to you. Our commitment is to swiftly rectify any damages and provide you with a replacement that meets our high standards of quality.

  • Standard Artwork:

    Customers have the option to initiate a return for a standard artwork within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt. The artwork must be returned in impeccable condition, accompanied by all original packaging, without the need for detailed explanations. Return shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the customers.

    Refunds will be processed within a maximum timeframe of 14 days following the reception of the returned package, after confirming that all items are in satisfactory condition. The refunded amount will be reimbursed via the original payment method, with deductions made for the initial shipment costs.
