At Lídia Vives, our commitment is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our valued art collectors. To uphold this commitment, we provide a fourteen (14) day window from the date of receipt for you to deliberate and decide whether to retain your purchased product or initiate a refund.

Damages and Issues

Our utmost priority is your satisfaction. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, kindly notify us promptly by sending an email to info@lidiavives.com along with a photograph clearly illustrating the damage. Subsequently, we will request an additional photograph featuring the art print intentionally broken in half. This is a security measure, considering the limited edition, signed, and numbered nature of our artworks. Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will expedite the dispatch of a replacement copy bearing the same numbering, ensuring the highest level of urgency, and incurring no additional cost to you.

Please be aware that once an order has entered the production phase, no further modifications or cancellations can be accommodated. Lídia Vives cannot assume responsibility for incorrect shipment details, and as such, replacements or refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.

Exchanges

To streamline the process and ensure you receive the desired item promptly, please reach out to us to initiate an exchange request. Upon approval, we recommend making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will promptly notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. It is essential to note that the processing and posting of refunds by your bank or credit card company may take some time. Please be informed that shipping costs are non-refundable.

While we extend a 14-day window for changes of heart and refund requests, kindly note that we do not possess warehousing facilities to accommodate returns. In cases of a damaged artwork, we will reach out to you to request photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging. Please be advised that the shipping cost for returning an item cannot be refunded.

It is important to highlight that commissioned artworks, tailored to the specific criteria and instructions of the customer, fall under the category of personalized and on-demand creations, making them ineligible for return.
