Signed and numbered limited-edition fine art photographs are available online. Lídia also creates advertising and fashion photography and commissioned artworks for collectors, interior designers, hotels and commercial spaces.

Fine art photographs are produced on high-quality archival paper for long-lasting colour and detail. Each work follows the edition information shown on its product page, is hand-signed and numbered where applicable, and includes a certificate of authenticity.

Unless a product page says otherwise, photographs are sold unframed so you can choose the presentation that best suits your space. Framing can be arranged on request for an additional cost; contact info@lidiavives.com to discuss the available options.

The edition structure is stated on each product page and the individual number is marked on the print. Limited editions also include a matching certificate of authenticity.

Edition numbers are assigned sequentially and cannot normally be requested. This keeps the edition consistent and fair; every number has equal value within the same edition.

Works are made to order with professional printing and shipping partners. Most orders arrive within approximately two weeks under normal conditions. Weather, customs or carrier restrictions can extend that estimate. Tracking is sent as soon as the order ships.

If the order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact info@lidiavives.com so the shipment can be investigated. If the carrier cannot resolve the delivery, an appropriate replacement or refund will be arranged.

Yes, artworks are shipped internationally to most destinations. Available services and costs depend on the address and are confirmed at checkout. Orders are not currently accepted for delivery to Israel or to destinations where the selected carrier cannot lawfully or reliably provide service.

International shipments outside the EU are sent under DAP terms. Transport and transit insurance are included in the shipping service; local taxes, import charges or customs-clearance fees, where applicable, are paid by the collector. Original artworks are generally classified under HS 9702.00.00, but local treatment can vary.

Packaging is adapted to the exact size and material of each work. Smaller photographs travel flat in a rigid protective envelope or box. Works that are transported rolled are protected inside an appropriately sized outer box. Acrylic-mounted, aluminium-backed and larger mixed-media pieces receive individual made-to-measure protection. Shipments are trackable and insured in transit.

Contact info@lidiavives.com as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours—with photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging. For a limited edition, further documentation may be requested to protect the integrity of the numbered edition before a matching replacement or refund is arranged.

A standard, non-personalised artwork may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and returned with its certificate and protective materials. The collector arranges and pays for secure, insured return shipping for a change-of-mind return.

Custom commissions, bespoke sizes and personalised works cannot be returned for change of mind, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Read the complete Return Policy before returning anything.

Contact the studio before sending anything back. Once approved, the fastest process is normally to place a new order for the desired work while returning the original item securely at your expense.

Payments are processed through the secure Squarespace checkout. The available methods, including cards, PayPal and Klarna where applicable, are displayed at checkout; payment card details are not visible to the studio. Klarna instalment options depend on country, order amount and Klarna approval. Personal data is used only as necessary to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. It is never sold. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
